Common topics

• Password reset: Use the "Forgot password" option in the App (email accounts).
• Change email: You can change your email in the App account settings.
• Delete account: You can delete your account in the App Settings under "Danger Zone". If you can't access the App, email us.
• Sign in with Apple / Google: Make sure you're using the same provider you used at registration.
• Adding toys: Tap the floating "+" button to add a new toy with a photo, name, category, tags, and love rating. You can edit or delete toys anytime from the toy detail view.
• Categories & tags: Organize toys into categories (like Building & Blocks, Stuffed Animals, etc.) and add custom tags for flexible filtering. You can create, edit, and delete categories and tags in the management view.
• Toy rotation: Set up rotation periods (1 week, 2 weeks, or 1 month) to keep playtime fresh. Mark toys as "current", "next", or "always available" to plan rotations.
• Rotation reminders: Enable notifications in Settings to receive reminders when a rotation period ends. Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings for ToyTally.
• Insights: View statistics including total toy count, average toys per rotation, most-loved toys, and toys never included in a rotation.
• Appearance: Choose between Light, Dark, or System theme mode, and select from 5 color palettes in Settings.
• Cloud sync: Your data is automatically backed up to the cloud. Sign in on a new device with the same account to access your toy collection.
• Subscriptions: Manage your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device to view, change, or cancel.
• Restore purchases: If your subscription isn't recognized, use the restore purchases option in the App settings or reinstall the App while signed in with the same account.
