- Password reset: Use the "Forgot password" option on the login screen (email accounts only).
- Change email: You can update your email address in the App under Settings > Account.
- Delete account: Go to Settings > Account and use the account deletion option. Deletion requires reauthentication. If you can't access the App, email us.
- Sign in with Apple / Google: Make sure you're using the same provider you used at registration.
- Voice dictation: Tap the dictation button to start recording. Describe your invoice or customer — for example, "Invoice for John Smith, web design project, 5 hours at 80 euros." The AI will extract and pre-fill the fields for you to review before saving.
- Microphone permission: Voice dictation requires microphone access. If you denied permission, go to your device Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone and enable Talk2Desk.
- Creating invoices manually: Open the Invoices tab and tap the "+" button. Fill in the customer, line items, and prices. Tax is calculated automatically based on your country settings.
- Tax calculation: Talk2Desk automatically applies the correct VAT, GST, or sales tax rate for your country. Make sure your country and currency are set correctly in your company profile (Settings > Company Profile).
- Customer management: Add and edit customers in the Customers tab. You can store multiple addresses, contact methods, and country-specific tax IDs (e.g., VAT number, EIN, PAN).
- Multi-currency invoicing: Talk2Desk supports 52 currencies. The currency is set per customer or can be changed on the invoice. Your default currency is determined by your company profile country.
- Invoice numbering: Invoices are numbered automatically with a series per year. You can review invoice numbers in the Invoices tab.
- Business Insights: The Insights tab shows total revenue, invoice counts, customer growth, amount breakdowns, and invoice status analysis.
- Company profile: Update your company name, address, tax ID, and banking details (IBAN/BIC) under Settings > Company Profile. This information is used to populate your invoices.
- Subscriptions: Manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device to view, change, or cancel.
- Restore purchases: If your subscription isn't recognized after reinstalling, use the restore purchases option in the App settings or reinstall while signed in with the same account.
- Appearance: Choose between Light, Dark, or System theme in Settings.
- Cloud sync: Your data is automatically synced to the cloud. Sign in on a new device with the same account to access all your invoices and customers.
