- Password reset: Use the "Forgot password" option in the App (email accounts).
- Change email: You can change your email in the App account settings.
- Delete account: You can delete your account in the App. If you can't access the App, email us.
- Sign in with Apple / Google: Make sure you're using the same provider you used at registration.
- Notifications not working: Ensure notifications are enabled in your device settings for Linkiva. The App uses local notifications for contact reminders and weekly reflection prompts.
- Adding persons/interactions: Tap the add button to create a new person or log an interaction. You can edit or delete entries anytime.
- Importing contacts: You can optionally import contacts from your device to quickly add persons. This permission is optional and contact data is only used within the App.
- Subscriptions: Manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device to view, change, or cancel.
- Restore purchases: If your subscription isn't recognized, use the restore purchases option in the App settings or reinstall the App while signed in with the same Apple ID.
