- Password reset: Use the "Forgot password" option in the App (email accounts).
- Change email: You can change your email in the App account settings.
- Delete account: You can delete your account in the App. If you can't access the App, email us.
- Sign in with Apple / Google: Make sure you're using the same provider you used at registration.
- Adding products: Tap the add button to create a new product with photos, name, and category. You can edit or delete products anytime from the Inventory tab.
- Logging transactions: Record buy and sell transactions with quantity, price, and item condition. The App automatically calculates unit prices and tracks your cost basis.
- Understanding profits: Flipsta uses FIFO (First-In, First-Out) accounting to calculate accurate profits. Your oldest inventory costs are matched against sales first.
- Dashboard analytics: View your business performance with KPI cards, cash flow charts, and margin trends. Use the period filter to see data for 7, 14, or 28 days.
- Currency settings: Change your preferred currency in Settings. Flipsta supports USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, and more.
- Cloud sync: Your data is automatically backed up to the cloud. Sign in on a new device with the same account to access your inventory.
- Subscriptions: Manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your device to view, change, or cancel.
- Restore purchases: If your subscription isn't recognized, use the restore purchases option in the App settings or reinstall the App while signed in with the same Apple ID.
